Important Notes

Product and production images are for illustrative purposes only. They may differ from the actual characters, items, and contents that will be discharged. Although the contents of the products, items, accounts, etc. included in the gacha have been checked according to our standards, they may look different depending on individual differences, display environments, and other factors. Please note that the images, performances, and introductions are for reference purposes only. Unopened items, codes, accounts, exchangeable items, and other digital and physical items may contain minor scratches, stains, differences in display, risk of defects, etc. We do not accept returns or exchanges due to these minor differences in condition. Although we check the contents, we recommend that all customers "save screen recordings and videos from the time of confirmation of the winning result to the completion of receipt". Only in the unlikely event that there is a significant discrepancy in the contents of the distribution and this fact is confirmed in the video, we will consider taking individual action. When recording, please make sure that the results screen, the contents of the receipt, and the related information are all visible in a single sequence. Mutations and characteristics cannot be selected if not clearly stated on the product page or in the gacha details. We also cannot accept your specification of a particular specification, individual, appearance, ability, condition, etc. We cannot accept the specification of specific versions or contents if there is no description of individual conditions, specifications, types, etc. in the product title or description section. Even if a specific specification or appearance can be confirmed in the picture, the warranty does not apply to items that are not specified in the product title or description section. Redemption rates are calculated as theoretical values based on the composition of the entire gacha. However, the content and value of characters, items, accounts, etc. that can be obtained from each lottery result are random, and we do not guarantee equal content or value in all lotteries. The probability of emission is based on the theoretical value at the time of the gacha's release. The actual probability may vary depending on the emission status at the time of purchase, the number of items remaining, and other factors, and we do not guarantee the emission probability shown. The gacha performance does not guarantee the result of the drawing, rarity, or winning details. Please be aware that the actual results may differ from the performance. Due to the nature of the product, in principle, we cannot accept cancellations, returns, exchanges, or refunds after purchase. However, this does not apply in cases where a serious defect is found on our side.

* Displayed probability is the initial rate at the start of sales. Actual probability changes with each draw based on remaining stock.
